Make a note of needle positions first -use camera phone etc

Put ignition on to take fuel reading 

  1. Dash removal from car
  2. Opening cluster back cover & splitting
  3. Removing PCB from back cover
  4. Removing Needles 
  5. Removing dial resting pins
  6. Removing dial circular collars see no.11 optional
  7. Fitting rings
  8. Needle coloring
  9. Needle hub spray- silver - Range Rover 
  10. Fitting the new dial to light diffuser
  11. Resetting the needle positions
  12. optional fitting white LEDs

Tools:- 

  1. Torx T10 screwdriver
  2. Small flat screw driver
  3. Medium flat screw driver
  4. 1mm drill bit with vice pin grip holder  - for needle setting - section 10 above
  5. Blue needle grabber cutter tool or similar gripper- removes 4 needles 
  6. Economy gauge removal tool -see here - not for LR322 Range
