Fitting LR322 Range Rover dials 2006-2009

Tools: needles nose pliers, screw driver : small flat , medium flat

business card and scissor, sellotape/electric tape.

Solder iron, solder,flux

Permanent marker pen to circle and mark led positions

LED fitting info 

 

NOTE: after changing all the LEDS test in car with loose circuit board (just connect green part to car without LCD both blue  and yellow connectors)  to make sure all illuminate, its possible to have a dry solder joint - so check this first then rebuild cluster once you are happy with your soldering.

 

Once cluster has been removed
 
 
 
Pull out rubber 2 buttons

Twist these clips at back with pliers - straighten to release, use screw driver to help pop out - see next photo

Prise up collar slowly , move around collar to lift

Dial is off, unclip rear black cover next

PCB is free, pull ribbon holder connector upwards to release

Ribbon connector is free now

Use fingers to push these tabs out to split green PCB from white surround
