Dial Fitting Changing Main Menu

Fitting your new replacement dial

After removing your existing dial following earlier steps

**Make sure your hands are clean and free of grease/dirt**

 

  1. Clip the new dial into position by pushing it down gently onto the clear plastic light diffuser.
  2. Now fit the 2 circular retaining clips using your hands to push down on it , the needle sits over this
  3. Next fit needle resting pins - best done by using your finger nails to press down on each side of it. - 3 of these on the BMW but 2 on the LR322 Range.

Your next steps maybe:  

  1. Fit White/Color LEDS  on PCB ( soldering)
  2. go to needle resetting section
  3. Refit Torx screws 
  4. Check dial for dust / dirt 
  5. Clean glass-check for dust / debris on dial or in casing
